Active DofE Expeditions
Active Outdoor Pursuits has many years experience and a proven track record of facilitating the DofE's Expedition section. We currently train, supervise and assess hundreds of young people each year for each level of DofE programme. We provide the training, supervision & assessment in the Expedition section of the DofE. We can facilitate expeditions in the following modes of transport.
- Canadian Canoe
- Walking
- Sea Kayaking
- Mountain Biking
Our training courses can be organized through a series of residential training courses at Craigower Lodge Outdoor Centre in the Cairngorms National Park with expedition training going out from there. Alternatively we can come to you. We can provide training at your school or Centre or meet at a venue anywhere in Scotland to facilitate training and expeditions. Our courses are flexible, many options exist, and we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your exact requirements and ensure you get he best training programme.
Some of the activities we offer may be relevent to other sections of a DofE programme which we would also be happy to discuss.
