Outsteps offer expedition and outdoor skills training in ideal venues in the U.K.
Programmes for Bronze and Silver expeditions can be arranged and tailored to suit your timetable and situation. Fees are reasonable and can be fixed at the outset to cover training and delivery.
The emphasis will be on the personal development of the individual so they can explore and extend their comfort zone and become more self-reliant. The approach will also develop several skills needed for future employability.
Andy is a well qualified and experienced practitioner as well as a DofE Accredited Assessor (NW14918A). He combines his past rolls of teacher, youth leader and careers adviser to get the most out of each individual and develop their potential.
