I.C.Y. Expeditions, part of Ieuenctid Cambria Youth Ltd. offers inspiring, educational, challenging, rewarding and unforgettable training, practice & assessment expeditions for young people involved in the DofE.
Our staff & instructors (staff) are committed to respecting & protecting the environment we live & work in and have spent years developing our knowledge of the Cambrian Mountains and its stunning valleys. We have had the pleasure of introducing hundreds of young people to this fantastic, but little known area.
Added to this is our combined 55 years of experience of leading, training and helping young people enjoy outdoor experiences, increasing self confidence and enabling self development.
Our Instructors (Staff) include a former DofE County DofE Manager & Expedition Network Co-ordinator, a Youth Worker & a Mountain Leader who provide all round support and advice for Award participants & their leaders.
Our courses are suitable for either groups or open participants.

- Silver & Gold Training and Preparation Weekends - An ideal introduction for Direct Gold participants.
- Gold Training and Practice Courses - Include navigation, campcraft, nutrition and foul weather training. Real Wild Camping
