The Outward Bound Trust is a not for profit organisation that specialises in real wilderness experiences for young people. Our industry-leading instructors are passionate about the outdoors and have many years’ experience of taking groups on truly adventurous journeys.

The Classic Adventure
- 3 weeks, dates available from June-Aug
- A unique chance to try out new activities from kayaking and climbing, gorge scrambling. Head out on two multiday expeditions giving you a chance to explore your amazing surroundings

Ultimate Adventure – Lakeland (England)
- 3 weeks, dates available from June- Aug
- Spend three weeks sleeping under the stars each night on expedition, exploring the most spectacular parts of the Lake District. Your journey will be both on land and water,as you hike, paddle and climb your way through the wilderness.

Financial Assistance
More than 25,000 young people take part in an Outward Bound course each year, either through their school or as individuals, with over 40% of the participants supported by a bursary.
