The Level 2 Award in Assisting in Basic Expedition Leadership (BEAL) is a nationally recognised qualification that provides an ideal starting point for learners who are aged 16 and over and who wish to develop their outdoor leadership skills, both in residential and non-residential settings. BEAL is a practical qualification in which learners must demonstrate their ability to lead others.
