Items for hire from Regional Office
We have the following items available for hire:

Pop up display banners (free to hire)
We have 5 pop up display banners available to borrow for your presentations and promotional events. They are approximately 6ft high when assembled. You will need to collect them from the Regional Office and return them on the date agreed when you book. All we ask is that you look after them and report any damage.
DofE Flag (£5 charge if postage is required).
The flag measures approximately 90cm x 130cm. The £5 hire charge covers the postage when we post it out to you for your event - you will then be responsible for paying for the return of the flag to the Regional Office. Alternatively you can collect it from the office and then return it free of charge.
Canoe Trailer
A Canoe Trailer with 6 open canoes, plus paddles, buoyancy aids and barrels are available to hire from the Severn and Wye Expedition area network.

Location information
The office is situated on the B4151 Mere Green Road.
Free all day parking is currently available near the office. The car park is reached by driving up the service road next to the 'Old Speckled Hen' pub (situated between the Mere Green island and entrance to Sainsbury's car park).
Parkign is also available on the large car park shared by Sainsbury’s and other businesses. Please use the spaces in front of the Community Centre rather than outside Sainsbury’s. (The first 3 hours is free). If you park on the Sainsbury’s side you may be expected to shop.
Once you have parked, head towards the white building (Brempton Group). This building is right opposite the Community Centre.
You will need to walk round to the road side of the building (the building contains many other shops and businesses).
From the road side look for the large black metal gates at the end of the building. We have our own buzzer located to the right hand side of the gate.
Once you are inside the gates head towards the door in the centre of the building and someone will greet you there.
