Role: Kate has overall responsibility for the management and development of the DofE in Northern Ireland through dedicated staff, Northern Ireland Advisory Network and Liaison Committees, Operating Authorities and the wider DofE network. Kate is a Gold Award holder and says doing her DofE changed her life. She is a keen hillwalker, traveller and photographer and a canoe/kayak instructor in her spare time.

Role: Julie manages the office and is responsible for Silver and Gold Presentations, communications, statistics, enquiries, eDofE training and support, health and safety and as well as support for Kate.
