Cookery Residential: The Ultimate Chalet Host Cookery Course is run in a beautiful location in the heart of a pretty ski resort in the French Alps. We will teach you to prepare stylish dinner parties over a one week intensive course which satisfies the Residential section for the DofE. The courses are great fun and you will be surrounded by like minded young people. No experience is necessary, your qualified tutors will ensure you learn in a fun and safe environment. At £445 per DofE participant (usual price £495) (excluding flights but including all food, smart shared accommodation and airport transfers), the course is on a special offer for young adults participating in a DofE programme. You will be met upon arrival at Geneva airport. From there we will take good care of you, teach you to cook and ensure you have lots of fun. These courses specifically designed for winter staff by winter staff and are recognised through the industry.
