It is a DofE requirement that all expeditions in Wild Country are notified at least six weeks in advance (using the
Green expedition notification form available here and through all Operating Authorities) to the appropriate Expedition Co-ordinator, or four weeks if no Assessor is required. A copy should also be sent to your Operating Authority. It is stressed that these are MINIMUM time requirements and that the maximum advance notice should be given to allow time for postage, suggested changes and so on.
