Speaking at the Conference session, ‘Who me and the DofE’ Jon Watts explains how doing the DofE changed completely the direction of his life.  At the time Jon was in a young offender’s institution serving a sentence and with little hope or direction in his life.  He will discuss the transformation of his life, from prison to a sous chef working in one of Jamie Oliver’s kitchens, through his love of cooking discovered when he undertook his DofE.
