As a DofE Award holder, that means you don’t need to have worked in retail to succeed with DFS. Our team includes people from all backgrounds and walks of life – and they’ve built their success on a combination of their own skills and talents and our commitment to their development.
And that commitment is very real, including the opportunity to gain NVQ qualifications – which are available for every DFS role, from Driver to Salesperson. So you can achieve a nationally recognised qualification, simply for doing a great job. And then? You’ll have every chance to progress.
