Our Virtual Insight Week will help you answer these questions by giving you a glimpse into our different business areas, and you’ll also hear from our people who joined through a range of pathways and programmes.

What advice would you give to someone starting out their career?
Research all of the different pathways available, whether that’s university, an apprenticeship or a combination of both with a degree apprenticeship, and find out which option feels like the best fit for you. If you’re unsure which pathway is right for you after school and college, we’d recommend joining one of our events where you can hear from our people on the different programmes available at PwC.

Career Launch Work Experience
The 5-day Career Launch Work Experience programme will enable you to experience our different business areas, including Audit, Consulting, Tax and Technology to help you decide if you’d like to pursue a career in one of these areas. You’ll hear from leaders in their field and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their career journey. You’ll also have the chance to engage with current students on our School and College Leaver programmes. You’ll gain valuable personal and professional skills through interactive workshops and take part in challenges that will support you in building your network and employability skills, all while having fun and experiencing our office culture.
Virtual Insight Programme
On the 3-day Virtual Insight Programme, you’ll experience our different business areas through interactive sessions and innovative technology. You’ll hear directly from our people, including current and past students of our School and College Leaver programmes. You’ll discover what they do at PwC and have the opportunity to try out typical tasks from some of our business areas. You can also take part in a variety of skills sessions to equip you with the tools and knowledge to help you succeed with a future application to PwC and beyond.
Consulting School and College Leaver programmes
We’re in the business of transformation, known for our pursuit and commitment to achieving results. In Consulting you’ll complete the Junior Management Consulting Level 4 apprenticeship over 2 years. Our training provider, Kaplan has created a bespoke exam course to equip you with the technical knowledge required for the apprenticeship.
Tax School and College Leaver programmes
The tax landscape is constantly changing. Your knowledge will help high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You’ll enjoy plenty of practical, on-the-job training while studying towards a professional qualification which will vary depending on the programme.
Operate School and College Leaver programmes
Life at Operate is fast-paced and client-focused. It’s also highly rewarding. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest global brands and develop yourself through our unique skills academy. We’ll support you as you study for a Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB).
