Operations Managers are responsible for supporting their teams to develop DofE delivery in Licensed Organisations across their portfolios. They ensure quality of delivery and build new partnerships at a strategic level.

Oliver manages a team of four Operations Managers that lead their teams to ensure the DofE within London is delivered in line with the Youth without Limits Strategy across London. As well as being responsible for business-as-usual work within London, he also acted as the project lead for strategic projects such as our partnership with The Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
