Buckingham Palace Gold Award Presentations

Congratulations to so many incredible and inspiring young people who received their Gold DofE certificates at Buckingham Palace this May.

Those attending the day included Anneke from East Sussex, who said of her Gold Award, “perseverance is the key to happiness, building friendships, passing your Gold assessed expedition and the peak of Scafell Pike!”

Caroline of Beaconsfield High School said, “I was lucky enough to complete my final DofE expedition in Norway, I not only made friends for life, but also gained a passion for worldwide travel”.

Hannah from Island Innovations VIth Form is heading to university to read Mathematics after completing an amazing Gold Award.
