We have joined forces with local community groups including the National Trust for Scotland,Perth and Kinross Community Greenspace Ranger Service & the Rannoch Path Group, Sustrans and the Nevis Range Partnership to offer you a fantastic residential experience where you really will be able to make a difference.
If you choose to join one of the Ardeonaig based camps you will be working on the NTS Ben Lawers Estate in Perthshire, footpaths around Kinloch Rannoch, Sustrans National Cycle Route 7, or in and around Ardeonaig & Loch Tay. If there is a specific cause that you would prefer to work with, please contact the centre to find out which is the corresponding week.
The Ardgour camp is in partnership with the Nevis Landscape Partnership. Working on and around Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), the Nevis Landscape Partnership have a number of distinct projects, from reconstructing footpaths to extensive surveys.
Regardless of which camp you attend, you will be involved in conservation and regeneration projects that will make a difference for years to come. You may choose to complete a John Muir Award as part of this Residential. There will also be the opportunity to join in with some outdoor activities and team building challenges. A love of the outdoors and the environment is a pre-requisite for these amazing camps.
