Azarias Training Ltd – Wildlife Art & Photography with L3 Outdoor First Aid

Spend a week with us at Sunnyside Farm developing your creative talents with our photography and art sessions. This residential provides an opportunity for participants to explore the local countryside and use this to produce images and artwork linked to the local flora and fauna.

Photography focused sessions will allow participants to use their smartphone settings to create high quality images, whilst other participants may choose to use natural elements, such as willow, to create dreamcatchers and baskets. The possibilities are endless, and the creative sessions will be tailored to the participants own interests and skills.

As well as the art and photography sessions, participants will also complete an Accredited Level 3 Outdoor First Aid Course (16 Hours) that is recognised by National Governing Organisations in the UK. A course designed for those in the outdoors covering emergency first aid and incident management, including CPR, defibrillation, breaks, sprains and medical conditions.

Sunnyside Farm is set within 8 acres with accommodation in 2-man tents. There are 3 x compost toilets, 2 x camping showers and a triple sink station on the camping field. We also have a barn facility available for use throughout the week which contains our cooking facilities, dining area and a small pool table.

Throughout the week, participants will be involved in evening activities including a specialised art workshop, a pub quiz night and our popular MasterChef night challenging our DofE participants to produce gourmet meals using a Trangia stove.

This residential is centred around exploring the environment and having time to be creative! A chance for participants to relax in the open countryside and enjoy themselves.
