The week will consist of adventurous activities such as kayaking, improvised rafting, high ropes, zip wire, climbing wall, problem solving, archery and an off-site day Bouldering and either Gorge Walking or Caving, combined with a day of conservation work on our site.
Attendees who complete the programme are be offered the chance to achieve the John Muir Discovery Award for conservation (see http://www.jmt.org/ for more information), and will complete their D of E Gold Residential Section.
The cost of the week is £210. This includes all activities led by professional instructors, food, bedding and accommodation but not travel to the Centre.
We are a 10 minute walk from Thirsk railway station and are easily accessible from the A1.
