After 10 years in the ski holiday industry, we decided that our abundance of knowledge in the kitchen and on the ground would provide the perfect staging post for a chalet cuisine and cookery school. Our 1 week courses are friendly, informative, hands on and intensive, run and operated by very seasoned instructors throughout the week.
Each week, there is a maximum of 8 students in chalet, we start at 09.30am each day with 2 students paired together hosting the rest of the group, this changes each day so everyone has a chance to experience a real life chalet environment.
Our course covers high level cuisine, food safety, wine tuition and tasting, housekeeping, fire laying, spa maintenance, shopping and budgeting, interview techniques, cv writing and much, much more.
We also have ski companies that come and interview you on site during the week. During the week there is also downtime to enjoy the beauty and high octane fun of the valley from high mountain trekking, paragliding and white water rafting.
Our course prices are £599pp but if you are a DofE applicant, you receive a £50 discount, this then acquates to £549pp. We run from July to October each year and we are open for bookings now! Click here
