About the course
Our gold training and practice expeditions run over four days and three nights, and build upon the knowledge gained throughout the bronze and silver award to train the participants on all of the elements of the gold award, whilst completing the required duration of activity to undertake a gold practice expedition. We pride ourselves in high quality expeditions, with a high instructor to group ratio, putting the safety, welfare and enjoyment of our participants at the centre of each of our activities.

All of our expeditions are staffed by our qualified, experienced instructors, who have all worked on our expeditions in the past, so maintain our high standards of provision.
