Five Days Sailing.
You’ll learn and practice sailing essentials including helming the yacht, ropework, sail handling and how to keep safe on board.
Sail through the Solent, and explore the stunning south coast. With likely port visits in Cowes and Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight, Lymington, Poole or possibly Weymouth.
No prior sailing experience is needed.
This voyage is the perfect introduction to sailing – so just bring your enthusiasm, sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn!
Our residential Exploration Voyages are a great way to develop your confidence and self-esteem, create new friendships, explore the ocean environment and develop your social and communication skills.
On this voyage, you will also work towards achieving your RYA Start Yachting qualification; the first step on your sailing qualifications journey.
You can also use this voyage to complete the residential section of your Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award. Meals are included in the cost.
