- Overview: Join us for an exciting 5-day, 4-night adventure as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award Residential. Hosted by Dynamic Adventures CIC. This Residential experience offers separate bell tents accommodations for privacy, alongside shared communal spaces to foster community and teamwork.
- What to Expect: Engage in thrilling outdoor activities, including rock climbing, kayaking, stand up paddle board, mountain biking , surf, coasterring and team-building exercises. Develop leadership and interpersonal skills. Enjoy the natural beauty of Devon surroundings. Connect with fellow participants in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Requirements: Participants should be aged 16 -25, all attendees must bring their own food for the stay, opportunity to go to a supermarket will be included.
- Activities: Options being: Kayaking, Canoeing, Raft Building, Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP-ing)Giant SUP-ing, Archery, Tag Archery, Axe Throwing, Rock Climbing, Abseiling.
- Additional Information: Please note – you are only allowed to know one other person on this residential.
- Kit List: Old, comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities, sturdy, comfortable shoes, swimwear, towels, sun hats (if the weather is hot). Wetsuits optional (available to borrow on-site). Breakfast, dinner and a packed lunch required for each day, refillable water bottle.
- Personal Items: please bring bedding – pillows, pillow cases, single sheet, duvet and duvet cover. Any necessary medications, sunscreen (if the weather is hot).
- Notes: All personal items are your own responsibility to keep safe. Pack enough clothes and personal items for the 5-day, 4-night duration. Be prepared for varying weather conditions.
