3, 6 & 12 month online cookery courses for the Bronze, Silver & Gold Awards. Recipes you will love that will become family favourites. Our courses offer maximum flexibility and are designed to engage and inspire participants whilst building cookery skills that will stay with you for life.

Our courses are available online, start whenever you want. Work from home at a time convenient to you, following a comprehensive worksheet and a video plus a designated tutor to support you along the way. After completing each recipe send your tutor feedback (usually via WhatsApp or email) before moving onto the next dish. On completion of the course your tutor will complete the required online assessors report.
