Explore the woodland and coastal habitats of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. This course will be a chance to meet with like-minded individuals whilst learning about the local wildlife, practical conservation techniques and recording biodiversity. Each day will use a different habitat to showcase the local conservation management strategies and appropriate techniques for recording biodiversity. Topics covered will include woodland conservation techniques, monitoring human impacts on biodiversity on sand dunes and coastal wildlife and conservation. This course is suitable for a Gold Duke of Edinburgh Residential experience.
