At Flora’s Kitchen students learn how to cook great tasting, nutritious food with confidence and have huge fun with it. In five busy days they will acquire all the essential skills needed to competently recreate not only family stalwarts but also more sophisticated dinner party dishes. They will also meet nutritionist Elodie Stanley who will give a gentle introduction to food and choosing an optimum diet. All set in gorgeous Hampshire countryside, while enjoying the comforts of Flora’s lovely home.
For more experienced cooks who already have a good grasp of the basics there is the Chalet & Villa course. This focuses on honing existing culinary skills while teaching some more advanced techniques. Topics such as presentation, menu planning and food safety will be covered in depth. And students learn what it takes to keep a working kitchen clean and tidy. They will leave with fresh confidence and the ability to cater to even the trickiest of guests.
