We offer an intensive, but fun filled, residential course for students looking to learn how to cook delicious, seasonal and affordable meals for themselves, family and fellow students. Each day ends with supper and either tennis, clay pigeon shooting, croquet, foodie quiz or a film.
Upon completion of the course all students will have covered roasts, main meals, vegetable preparation, meals with mince, cakes and patisserie, quick bread/pizza bases, international cooking, cooking for the freezer, nutrition, food hygiene and kitchen safety and will leave with a bag of goodies including a recipe pack, a Foodworks’ certificate and our head chef’s assessors report.
