The residential is based at Wiston Lodge, southwest of Biggar (postcode ML12 6HT) with full board accommodation in cabins.

During the residential, you will have the opportunity to take part in a range of bushcraft activities delivered by experienced instructors, including;

? Making natural shelters
? Making a fire with natural tinders
? Friction fire
? Cooking on fires
? Rope-making
? Basket making
? Nature Art

You will get a chance to put your skills into action and work on your own bushcraft project. Previous year’s projects have included: making a bed, making a chair, spoon and chopstick carving, bow and arrow making, pancakes with foraged berries, making a stone axe, firing clay pots and brewing up herbal teas from foraged plants.
