A 5-day wellness and fitness residential for young people doing their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s award, you’ll get to experience daily classes focusing on core strength, stamina, alignment and awareness of good posture. Daily classes will include a range of pilates, yoga, relaxation, resistance bands and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone. Each day will involve a daily stretch routine and we will get your legs moving with local sun rise run/walks located in the heart of Hampshire at Stubbington Study Centre.

- Daily movement class focusing on core strength, mobility and awareness of good posture and breathing.
- Classes include the use of Pilates moves, resistance band exercises and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone.
- Meditation sessions to relax and focus the mind.

- Daily run/walks to one of the many beautiful sea locations in the local area.
