A three day qualifying expedition on the beautiful Long Mynd in the Shropshire Hills. The expedition starts at YHA Wilderhope Manor.

Day 1 takes you over Hope Bowdler and through the Caradoc Hills to Womerton Farm for Camp 1.

Day 2 follows a circular route over the Mynd, down Golden Valley, through Rattlinghope and Bridges then up onto Pole Bank before returning to Womerton.

Day 3 takes in the village of Hope Bowdler and Chelmick before negotiating Ragleth then descending into Little Stretton and contouring the hills to finish at Church Stretton.

All routes are planned by participants but must pass through set grid references.
