Choose your own physical activity in our programme! You work independently on fulfilling your Physical Section but will be assigned a mentor and given a log book to record your weekly activity.
You will meet with your mentor at the fortnightly group mentoring sessions to see how you are getting and work on mini Health & Wellbeing related task to equip you with the skills and knowledge to live a happier and healthier life.
