New In-person cookery course starting Monday 6th October at 6-7.15pm (7 in class & remaining weeks are completed in your own home).
Recipes include a delicious variety of sweet and savoury options e.g. Chinese sweet and sour, Thai pad Thai, Middle Eastern shawarma, Indian spicy-as-you-like curry, British bangers ’n’ mash, the ultimate chocolate cookie, Asian caramelised chicken vegetables, one-pot roast, sticky toffee puddings…plus more. Learn knife skills, food safety and hygiene, ingredient prep and planning, oven and hob skills.
Location – Surbiton or Claygate TBC
If you can’t make it we offer a large range of online cookery courses to help you complete the skills section of your award. Street food, all rounder, baking, plant-based, pescatarian cookery courses. They are easy to follow and you have immediate access to your course once registered. Start when it suits you and upload your evidence on your weekly assignment for our feedback. Upon completion of your course we upload our report onto eDofE.
