Based in the beautiful Norfolk Countryside, I16 is an ex-military & Firefighter team capable of ensuring you complete the required 5 days & 4 nights away from home.

The course is packed full of challenging fitness sessions and informative group discussions. It is perfectly suited to those interested in a career in the military, emergency services, fitness industry or who have a passion for fitness.

The stunning Norfolk coast offers us the perfect location for our early morning beach training sessions, and we finish the week with a chance to test your fitness level during the multi-stage fitness (bleep) test and Fire service Equipment carry!

With all challenging events, there is always a requirement to have fun, and our indoor games night is legendary. The final evening concludes with an informal dinner at a local restaurant.

The activities throughout the week include a fitness assessment, a lifting techniques session, a strength training session, a beach run and battle PT session, military and fire service fitness tests, and a circuit training session. The theory-based lessons included discussions on nutrition, body types and anatomy, and training programs.
