Karos Adventure are delivering Open Gold Expeditions by Canoe during 2023. Our Open Expeditions by Canoe are a great way of doing your DofE Expedition on some of the UK’s picturesque rivers. Our Training & Practice Expedition takes place in the East Midlands, along the River Soar and River Trent, whilst our Qualifying Expedition will take place on the English-Welsh border along the scenic River Wye.

Participants do not need to have any previous canoeing experience as our Training Programme will take you from the raw beginner to a competent paddler. At a cost of £480.00 including VAT covering all your Training, Practice and Qualifying Expeditions, including canoes and group equipment, this is a great opportunity to achieve your Gold Expedition at an affordable price.
