KAZ Type’s online courses offer you the opportunity to learn the skill of touch typing and gain a National Ofqual regulated qualification, which will add to your education record. It will equip you with a valuable skill and extra credit to showcase on your UCAS application and CV.

You can start the online course at any time. You will receive a ‘KAZ Welcome Pack’ containing printouts and a structured ‘Lesson Plan’. All you have to do is follow the plan for the duration of the course.
Bronze & Silver Awards: 3 months (4 credits)
Gold Award: 6 or 12 months (6 credits)

Weekly Zoom sessions will also be available to you should you need help and advice.

At the end of the course, in the last week, you will sit your online Ofqual regulated qualification in touch typing.
Sitting the test:-
If you sit the test at school, college or another centre, you will be invigilated by an invigilator.
If you sit the test at home, you will be invigilated remotely via a webcam facility.

KAZ Type courses are inclusive and suitable for everyone. By the end of the course, you will have equipped yourself with a new ‘modern day’ life skill and attained a National qualification – a remarkable achievement!
