This week is all about personal growth, balance, and confidence.
Participants will take part in a range of activities — from fitness and healthy eating to mindfulness, wellbeing, and personal reflection.
Each session is designed to help young people discover practical habits that boost both body and mind. As exams, work, or university life approach, this experience offers a chance to reset, recharge, and develop the tools to thrive in the next stage of life.
In the evenings, participants will take part in a variety of activities including a games night, yoga/stretching, night orienteering and our final celebration meal. Within the centre, there is plenty of space to relax, as well as indoor football and table tennis for those who wish to be more active!
Cost includes accommodation, fully catered experience and qualified instructors.
