All you need is a note-book and an open mind for this wellbeing and mindfulness course. It incorporates mindfulness activities, stretching, breathing, relaxation, self-massage and affirmations. Evidence show this can help us decrease stress and anxiety, increase attention and boost creativity.

Growing Minds uses teaching in positive psychology to support self-esteem, resilience and confidence and can help us become a more successful learner, understanding how the brain works and developing a growth mindset.
The course can be started at any time and you can do this at your own pace, in your own time. The course will be individual to you and assessed by way of a weekly journal which you can either email in each week or at the end of the course. You can be as creative as you like, taking photos of things you’ve made, drawing, using mind maps – however you like to show your learning.
