This five-day, four-night programme offers you a range of opportunities including outdoor activities such as gorge walking, caving, climbing, canoeing/kayaking, hill walking, orienteering and many more.
You will get involved in the domestic routine of the centre, helping in the kitchen to prepare some of the meals, and you can enjoy meeting like-minded young people from South Wales and the rest of the UK.
The cost includes accommodation, food, instruction, specialist equipment and transport once you are at the Centre. Pick-up/drop-off to Cardiff train/bus station is available.
