Starting week of 17th April to week of 10th July
• 12 x 1 hour Weekly Online Sessions in small groups.
• Online Tuition (via Zoom) throughout every session with QUALIFIED TEACHERS.
• As the founders of QWERTYkids, we run every session together so you know exactly who will be teaching you.
• Our tutors are highly qualified and experienced TEACHERS – you know you will be in safe hands. We have taught hundreds of DofE students!
• Our course includes QWERTYkids colour coded keyboard, downloadable typing programme (valid for a year), a Student’s Pack & your DofE Assessor’s Report.
• After 12 weeks, expect to pass your Certificate of Touch Typing with at least 90% accuracy and well over 30 words per minute. Some of our students are typing at 50wpm+

A skillset for life
The teaching was really enjoyable and I couldn’t believe that when I started I would be able to touch type 36 words per minute by the end of the course. I cannot say enough regarding how amazing the teaching was and how easy it was to get up and running. My sister whom is 2 years younger than me (I am 14 years of age) will definitely be enrolling next year.
Well organised and well-run course!
My 14 year old son has just completed the 12 week online touch type course as part of the skills section of his Bronze DofE award. The communication from Clare and Philippa was excellent and everything he needed was sent well in advance ready for him to start his first lesson. He was well directed during each session and always knew what he should be doing both during the lesson and for ‘homework’. His typing has improved greatly and he now has a valuable life skill and a completed section towards his DofE award. Highly recommend.

Such a fantastic life skill to learn and the ladies at QWERTYkids don’t disappoint, so helpful and also made both of my children feel like an individual. (One did the course are part of DofE and was so good we booked for our older child so she too had this fantastic life skill)… both are now using their new skills for homework and for note taking in class! The whole experience of the course was fantastic, easy to communicate at all times from first enquiry to completion. My daughter was a little apprehensive about going online at first but worries soon put at ease. A great skill to learn as part of DofE. Can’t praise enough and highly recommend.
