5-Night Leadership Voyage

This exhilarating 5-night sailing adventure is designed for young people eager to enhance their leadership skills and work alongside others who share a passion for challenge and the sea.

On a TSYT Leadership Voyage, you take the lead. Working as part of the crew, you’ll be responsible for navigation, passage planning and leading watches — all under the guidance of your professional skipper and mate.

Expect offshore and overnight sailing in dynamic conditions where teamwork, communication and decision-making are vital.

You’ll lead briefings and daily debriefs, motivate your team and develop confidence in managing tasks and people.

Along the way, you’ll refine your seamanship and navigation skills, learn to stay calm under pressure and discover how to lead with empathy and influence.
