New for 2021, 4th Dimension are now offering water based expeditions at Silver and Gold on Stand-Up Paddleboards!!

These expeditions will take place on the River Thames in the areas surrounding Henley and Reading on the following dates:

Safety Training Day: Sunday 02nd May 2021

Practice Expedition: Saturday 05th – Monday 07th June 2021

Qualifying Expedition: Saturday 24th – Tuesday 27th July 2021

The pre-practice training day will cover all of the additional safety aspects around safety on the water such as; The Expedition Drybag, Equipment and PPE, Emergency Procedures and Incident Management, ‘On the Water’ Safety and Rescue Training, Water Access and Manual Handling of Boards & Equipment, Navigation, Route Planning and Portages plus Environmental Awareness.
