Spend 5 days learning how to cook and prepare basic roux, sauces also knife skills prepping vegetables and salads. A Level 1 food hygiene course is included. You’ll have the opportunity to plan nutritious meals, cook a variety of heathy dishes and enjoy making sweet treats for your stay with us. Sweet treats will feature flapjacks, gingerbread, basic sponge cakes, and chocolate brownies. We will also have the opportunity to cook a meal on our canal boat the Angel Blue.
Each day, you’ll also participate in an outdoor activity designed to foster team building and give you a refreshing break from the kitchen.
