This course will run for 26 weeks, but can be booked as a 3 month activity. We will build strength, stamina, flexibility and explore sleep and relaxation techniques. This is for anybody who is new to yoga and/or who wants to explore different styles of yoga. Each class introduces a theme such as the anatomy of yoga, strength, awareness, real life yoga and having fun with peak poses. Each class includes a breathing technique and deep relaxation.
