This course is suitable for those who are looking to add onto their existing yoga activity and can be booked as a whole 6 month course or part of. Some previous yoga experience is beneficial, but beginners could be accommodated. This is for everybody who wants to go deeper into their yoga practice from home. We will be exploring themes such as fitness, awareness, real life yoga and having fun with peak poses. Each class includes a breathing technique and deep relaxation.
