This is a 14 week course for those candidates who have already completed an introductory course. We will continue to build strength, stamina, flexibility, relaxation and explore sleep and relaxation techniques. This is for anybody who wants to extend their yoga practice. Each class introduces a theme with a focus on the anatomy of yoga poses. The breathing and relaxation techniques will touch on the science behind them and how to best use them in everyday life.
