This is a 12/14/26 week course introducing the benefits of yoga for building strength, stamina, flexibility, concentration, relaxation and sleep. This is for anybody who wants to try a new physical activity or is looking to add to their existing 12 week activity. It is also the perfect balance to team sport, individual pursuit or academic demands.
We will be exploring themes such as fitness, awareness, real life yoga and having fun with peak poses. Each class includes a breathing technique and deep relaxation.
