The teaching program in Bali,Indonesia is arranged to include informal English classes that allow volunteers to run a variety of activities. These activities range across a number of areas and can include: music, games, art, sport, conversation and grammar exercises. This collection of activities helps the children to learn conversational English in a way that is both engaging and fun for them.
Volunteers will work in either a primary, secondary or high school located in Ubud. The students’ year groups range from grade 1 to grade 12, meaning that ages vary from as young as 3, rising to 18 in the older classes.
A project coordinator is always available on site, and local staff are present to assist volunteers and offer guidance when required.
