Yes Futures believes in a future where all young people are confident, resilient and lead fulfilling lives. Our personal development programme enables 11-16 year olds to reach their potential through a range of extra-curricular experiences as well as regular Career Coaching sessions.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Career Coaches (over 18 years old) to help run the Yes Futures Programmes in London during academic year 2015-16. You will be responsible for up to 5 individual students, who you’ll support throughout each stage of the programme.
Career Coaches will be integral to the running of our programme. They will be the first cohort of Coaches for our new programme, building on our strong foundations and being a key part of the growth of the organisation.
You do not need to have prior experience of working with young people. However, you will need to have a strong passion for the Yes Futures vision and enabling young people to fulfil their potential.
