The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School is situated near the picturesque village of Southburn, near Driffield.
Their five day residential course is designed for those completing the residential section of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award as well as those heading off to university or college or perhaps embarking on a Gap Year.
As well as menu planning and cooking on a budget, the students will be taught the art of Silver Service, safety in the kitchen, store cupboard essentials, healthy eating and use of leftovers.
Price – £595 including four nights accommodation, breakfast and evening meals and evening activities or talks.
