The DofE wins Royal Geographical Society Geographical Award
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is delighted to announce that it has been selected as the winner of the 2017 Royal Geographical Society Geographical Award for inspiring generations of young people through challenging expeditions.
The Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) prestigious medals and awards recognise excellence in geographical research and fieldwork, teaching and public engagement. The awards will be presented on Monday 5 June 2017 as part of the Society’s Annual General Meeting in London.
