The DofE’s new five-year strategy focuses on achieving greater inclusivity and ensuring that DofE is open to all young people, and that our participants reflect the most diverse generation of young people accessing the programme.

Haseeb Ahmad, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategist, shares his considerable experience as Leicestershire NHS Partnership Trust’s Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and as a record-breaking athlete. He ‘sets the scene’ for a day of content focused on the promotion of diversity and inclusion in both our programmes and delivery. Haseeb’s remarkable personal story provides an exciting and engaging context as he shares his insight as to how we can make our programme more inclusive and achieve greater diversity.
