This year I have been participating in the Bronze Award and I will never forget the ups and downs our group had whilst on our expedition. The first day we had torrential rain and the second day was a heat wave - nothing like all the elements in 48hrs. I felt honored to be taking part in this long established scheme and have learnt so much more about myself and the support I can provide to friends and the challenges overcome due to covid restrictions.
